| 1.5 cups |

cottage cheese, small curd |

sour cream |

clove garlic, minced |

Cheddar cheese, grated |

breadcrumbs |

Weetabix or other similar cereal |

| 2 tablespoons |

corn oil |

| 3/4 teaspoons |

| In a bowl, combine the noodles, salmon, mushrooms and pimentos. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and mayo; add to noodle mixture and mix well. Stir in cheddar cheese. Transfer to a greased 2 qt baking dish. Crush Weetabix into the breadcrums and toss this mix with the butter; sprinkle over the casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 180C (160C fan assisted oven)/350F/gas mark 4 for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 4-6 servings. |
