Cut sausages into bite sized portions. Heat oil and brown sausages and mushrooms. Add crushed garlic cloves. Cook for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. Add more liquid if needed.
Pasta
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water until al dente; about 10 minutes. Drain. Mix the pasta with the sauce. Allow to cool to room temperature and serve.
