Dog Nog -- A Festive Christmas Drink for Your Dog

Note: The ready time does not allow for the cool down period which will be necessary before this can be eaten/drunk. Also the serving size (1/2 cup) and the nutritional information depends upon the size of your pet. These have been calculated for a medium sized dog.

A special Christmas treat for our guests at our luxury dog hotel.

1 ea   chicken breast
6 cups   water
1 cup   whole wheat flour
2   eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp   parsley, dried

Boil chicken breast for about 1/2 hour and remove to cool. Add flour to chicken water. Beat out lumps. Add beaten eggs. Cook on low heat until it's done thickening. Pulverise chicken in food processor and add to flour/egg gravy. May need to add more water.
