Sauce
Drain juice from cherries. Mix cornstarch into juice and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and stir until sauce thickens. Add the drained cherries.
Shape mashed potato into a heart. Fill the centre with the diced chicken. Pour sauce over the top. You can add some diced vegetables to the chicken.
